Ordering

How can I order a dedicated server?

Request access first. Once your account is ready, you can access the product catalog and order the services you need.

How long does it take to set up a dedicated server?

Delivery times vary by stock and server configuration, but Belcloud usually provisions, secures, and delivers a dedicated server within 30 minutes to 24 hours after payment.

Is there a dedicated server setup fee?

There is no setup fee for dedicated servers or hosting solutions.

Can Belcloud help migrate my data?

Yes. The team can work with you to migrate data to a new server, including custom or flexible pricing where appropriate. Belcloud does not practice egress costs.

Support

Do you provide 24/7 customer support?

Yes. Belcloud provides live on-site technical support, with IT experts available 24/7/365 by email and ticket support system. Premium Support is available for complex requirements by request.

Do you provide support in languages besides English?

At the moment support is provided in English.

What is the average response time for tickets?

Belcloud makes reasonable efforts to respond within 10 to 30 minutes.

Is support free or paid?

Support for the online status of your server is included. Advanced customization or application support is unmanaged and may require paid Premium Support.

Infrastructure

Where are your dedicated servers physically located?

Infrastructure is located throughout the European Union, including Sweden, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands for redundancy and flexibility.

Do you have dedicated servers outside Europe?

No. Dedicated servers are located in Europe.

Can I set up a VPN server?

Yes. Belcloud allows customers to host or use VPN services on its infrastructure.

Are your servers suitable for game servers?

Yes. Belcloud uses high-performance Dell dedicated servers and network infrastructure suitable for low-latency dedicated game servers.

Networking

Can I use IPv6 on my server?

Yes. In addition to IPv4 addresses, each server comes with a dedicated /64 IPv6 subnet.

Do you provide DDoS protection?

Yes. Dedicated servers and hosting solutions are protected against Level 3 and 4 DDoS attacks up to 500 Gbps using Belcloud DDoS attack and intrusion prevention.

Can you announce my IP block?

Yes. Customers can announce their own IP space for use on dedicated servers and hosting solutions. There is a 300 EUR one-time setup fee.

Do you provide BGP sessions?

Yes. Customers with their own ASN can request BGP sessions. There is a 300 EUR one-time setup fee followed by a 100 EUR monthly maintenance cost.

Payments

Do you offer monthly payment?

Yes. Belcloud offers monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly billing terms. Billing terms longer than one month can include a discount depending on the period.

Do you provide free web hosting?

No. Belcloud does not offer a free dedicated server plan, but the sales team can review relevant business opportunities.

What payment methods do you accept?

Current payment options include credit card, PayPal, Bitcoin, PaySafeCard, BCH, LTC, DASH, Gate2Shop, alternative e-currencies via Conify, CoinPayments altcoins, BurstCoin, Ethereum, Ripple, MolPoints, and Qiwi.

What is your refund policy?

Belcloud offers a 3-day money-back guarantee if the services are not what you are looking for. Under the terms and rules, a refund can take up to 14 calendar days to complete.

Account

Can server details be sent to a different email address?

No. Server details are sent to the email address used for the account. Change the registered email before server delivery if needed.

Can I change the email address on my account?

Yes. When logged in, go to your profile page and change the email address associated with your account.

Can I change my username?

No. Belcloud does not allow customers to change their username.

Can you delete my account?

Yes. Open a ticket with the technical department and request account deletion.
